Derek Hess is a prolific artist, known primarily for his work providing design for concert bills and flyers throughout the 90s for acts like Pearl Jam, Butthole Surfers, and The Melvins and more. He’s since launched his own line of clothing and is preparing the release of two hardcover art retrospectives chronicling his decades long career. We were excited to talk shop with the artist and share in a look back at being in the Right Place, at the Right Time.
